This week (1st-8th of June 2007) I've been to Turku, Finland attending the Election Expert Course by the NEEDSProject of the European Union.

What an experience! Really, in the course of the week I not only got a clear understanding what the 'international' standards are that we always talk about but also a lot of clarity was added to my 2005 experience in the Core Team of the EU EOM in Caracas, Venezuela as an E-Voting expert.

Thanks Carlo, Richard, Hannah, Delphine, Kare and Anders for such a valuable seminar! I'm already looking forward to my next observation experience whereever it may take me!
